Membership Terms of Use

- Overview
Welcome to The Shine Advocacy Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our") The Shine Bright Membership Group. By accessing our membership site, services, community platforms, or any content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Membership Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all Shine Advocacy members and participants ("you," "your") of The Shine Bright Experience or any other Shine Advocacy membership-based service.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or participating in any membership services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
- Nature of Services
The Shine Bright Experience provides educational advocacy resources, parent coaching, and community support for families raising children with ADHD and/or Autism. Our content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.
- Membership Fees & Billing
- Membership is billed at $25/month
- A 30-day minimum commitment is required
- After the initial 30 days, you may cancel at any time with written notice via email to [email protected]
- You will retain access to the membership for the remainder of your paid billing cycle
- No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for memberships. Cancellations stop future billing but do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
- Code of Conduct
By participating in Shine Advocacy services or community platforms, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks
- Avoid sharing, distributing, or reproducing Shine materials without permission
- Not impersonate others, solicit business, or spam the community
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates this Code of Conduct without a refund for the month removed.
- Intellectual Property
All Shine Advocacy content, including but not limited to documents, videos, presentations, graphics, and downloadable materials, are owned by The Shine Advocacy Group, LLC.
You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute Shine materials
- Use any materials for commercial or competitive purposes
Membership content is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- Limitation of Liability
The Shine Advocacy Group, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation, application of our materials, or interactions with other members.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results based on our materials or coaching. Use of Services is at your own risk.
- No Legal or Therapeutic Relationship
Use of our Services does not create a client-advocate, client-attorney, counselor-patient, or healthcare provider relationship. We do not provide legal, medical, or psychological services. Our insights are based on lived experience, training, and professional advocacy knowledge, not licensure.
- Privacy & Children’s Information
Our Sites may provide public fora for discussion of matters of general interest. We recommend that you carefully consider any content you post. Forums are not monitored for content but any information you post there is collected by us and is subject to these Terms.
It is important to The Shine Advocacy Group that parents and guardians have control over what information is collected from their children online and how such information is or may be used. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) imposes restrictions on commercial websites, including ours.
- Disclaimers
The Sites may link you to other websites on the Internet. These websites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other websites are not under the control of The Shine Advocacy Group, LLC, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the website by or any association with its operators.
Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information expressed or made available by third parties are those of the respective authors and not The Shine Advocacy Group. - Purchases
By making a payment, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older and have the legal right to use the payment method.
- Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activity under your account.

- Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ, following the American Arbitration Association rules.
